There are a few reasons I returned this item.

To start with the watch hands and date are almost impossible to see in low light conditions. Even in a well lit, bright room, I had to really look hard to see the hands on the face. The hands blend into the face of the watch making it very difficult to do a quick time check. I have very good vision and had to hold the watch close to my face to read the time. The date window is so small, I’m surprised anyone would be happy with this watch if they use that feature. (just look at the photo) I was really disappointed to see that there was no way to set the watch to show the date and the day simultaneously. Maybe that’s trivial but all of my other Casios have shown date, day and time all at once. (I have owned 4)

I also tested the light while standing in a closet. I was very disappointed to see how dim it is. I couldn’t see the time hands at all and the date is so tiny, you almost need a magnifying glass to read it. There is no way to see the time of day using the watch light. NONE. Why on earth would you design a watch light that doesn’t show the time when it’s illuminated? I sure couldn’t use the digital feature considering the window and font are so small. I work the night shift and need a watch that really lights up. I need to be able to see day, date and time without using a flashlight for additional light.

In closing I currently have a G-Shock model G-3110-1VCF that has been abused and worked great for years. I have given a very honest review and would not recommend this model or any similar model to anyone. Thank you and I hope this information can be helpful in your decision.

    Stargate Continuum
    I enjoyed this movie but I still want more…I absolutely loved Stargate SG1, the relationships among the actors was fabulous. If you are a diehard fan like myself you will love this movie as well.

    If you are a Stargate SG1 fan you will definately want to purchase this movie. I have been a fan since the beginning with the original Stargate with Kurt Russel. I usually have found spin offs lacking from original releases but I just fell in love with this series and how the charactors all interact and bring out the best in each others charactors. I found Stargate Continuum to possess a fantastic storyline that keeps you captivated through out the movie. My only critical point is that the ending kind of comes up abrupt, kind of “huh” its over. I still loved this and will add it to my Stargate collection. A word of caution to potential buyers - there are bad imitations from market place sellers so beware. Amazon.com took great care of me as I was one who got taken from a low price and recieved a bootleg copy with sub titles you can not turn off. I then purchased from Amazon.com and recieved a perfect “New DVD”. Hope you enjoy this movie as much as I did

    This is an awesome addition to the Stargate series. Hope there’s more to come.

    Fun Alt-History storyline, great for the shelf… after watching a million times, of course
    “Continuum” is a to-be-expected episodic continuation of the SG-1 series. It doesn’t fill in any gaps or danglers left from the series as did the DVD-only release for “The Ark of Truth.” The quality and story is top-notch as always although it’s more of a small-screen episode. The extra features certainly make it worth watching (Amanda Tapping and submarines… by way of e.g.), if not purchasing for a home library.

    The biggest thing about SG-1 is that it was such a compelling episodic piece that TV without it is bland… just as when the Star Trek serials were killed off by the bean counters, or BSG by it’s regenerators… at least there’s “Stargate Atlantis” for now… and the hopefully continuing DVD-only pieces like “The Ark of Truth” and “Continuum.” If you like SciFi, “Continuum” is a collector or SG-1 fan’s must-have.

    WordPerfect’s 14th Version Is A Great Product
    This is a great product. I have been using various versions of WordPerfect since it first came on the market many years ago. I am never disappointed with how easy it is to use, from typing letters, to fax cover sheets, to saving the content of e-mails or creating spreadsheets! It is very simple to customize the toolbars to suit your needs, especially if you are used to using Microsoft Word or have used much older versions of WordPerfect. This is easy to operate and you can specifically tailor it to your needs. It’s nice to see that Corel has maintained a quality product at a good price.

    I am very happy with Wordperfect Office X4 product, it does all the things that i need to do with writing and Art. Its friendly to used and it does all the things that Microsoft does at a less of a price

    Not as advertised
    word perfect is an excellent word processor that many including myself consider superior, more powerful and easy to use than Word. However the “Home and Student” version is sold without any notice that it does not include all the features that are advertised. True there is a Acrobat file hidden at the WP website that compares the versions but if you don’t happen to see that you will find that you have bought a program that will NOT open .pdf files, will not save .pdf files, does not save in the latest Word format. There are probably other “missing” features as well. It doesn’t say that anywhere on the box and in fact as you install the program you are told about all the features the new program has- which IN FACT it does not have! For those who purchase the program with the new features in mind you can call the company about it and they will tell you to get lost. This is unworthy of the reputation Word perfect has for those like me who have used the program since its earliest DOS incarnations.

    If WordPerfect Were a Guy, I’d Marry Him
    My husband Jack Priest is a writer and a died in the wool Mac person. He loves his MacBook, but my work requires me to live much of my life in the Windows’ world and I love my Sony Viao. However, in this day and age where you don’t want to check baggage, because of all the hassle, when we travel we only carry one computer with us. His, because his MacBook has XP on it, running in emulation, courtesy of VMware Fusion. So I’m doing this review, using this product on a Mac and I have to say, it’s performing exactly as it does on my Viao, superbly.

    I’ve been using WordPerfect for about a month now and I won’t be going back to that other, bloated word processor. Somehow, I don’t know how, but with WordPerfect the words seem to get on the screen even before I put fingers to keys. Okay, okay, I’m exaggerating, but you get the picture, this is one fast program.

    The interface, what can I saw about a WP interface, the cool blue ribbons are cool. I have not customized any of the ribbons. Why would I want to? Everything I need or want is right where I’d expect it, came that way straight out of the box.

    There are a lot of features in this program I’ve not tried out, maybe I never will, I only use it for writing after all, but it sure does what it’s supposed to do as far as that’s concerned. It gets right out of the way and lets me get right to it without interfering. However, as a writer, I’m a thesaurus girl and I have to say that I just love the thesaurus here, love the way it opens on the bottom of my document, love the way I can click into dictionary or grammar mode. Can you tell I really love WordPerfect. In fact if I was single and WordPerfect were a guy, I’d marry him.

    singular and strong
    Despite the abundance of new folk music this release defines its own space without undue comparisons. Ane has a fine voice and combined with the sensitive arrangements and tasteful production makes this an essential album if you own anything by Suzanne Vega, Emiliana Torrini, Tracy Chapman or Feist. I hope that we hear much more from Ane Brun in the future.
