works real well 
It is nice that it gives the option to use either over the head or over the ear. The padded speaker cover is comfortable and will not wear out like the foam kind. I used the switch to turn the the mic on and off a lot and has made it much more useful to me.
Excellent Headset…..Excellent Price 
I had been looking for a good headset to use with my cordless phone at home. I have tried many headsets and none worked well enough for the people on the other end of the call to hear me. With this headset I can hear everyone clearly and they can hear me clearly. The price was great as well, under $20.
Good headset
Very good headset. The first one was damage due to improper use. But this is a headset that we use everyday for work. 6 hours per day on average.
Not perfect but very good and excellent range.
Worth what we paid 
About the only thing about these headphones was the price. Plantronics is a generally a good brand but this is not one of their better models. They quickly fell apart and became almost unusable.
Works fine but breaks quickly 
This headset works fine - the sound quality is not great, but it’s not bad either - just a bit muffled - except that mine died within 1.5 years. Given the price and the reputation of the brand, I expected it to work a lot longer.
